  • While the subsequent floors are constructed from 150mm treated floor joints with 100mm insulation finished with a 18mm internal high density structural moisture resistant floor panel to provide energy efficiency and low noise.

The walls and celling

  • The external walls provide resistance to the elements affected by rain, snow, wind or sun and are able to keep these from entering the building. The external walls consist of 100m external brick, 100mm cavity insulation and 100mm internal block to maximise strength and stability.
